Melts
The Melts box design has been celebrated as best-in-class packaging - straight from the clients themselves!. Launched during a time when constantly refreshing packaging was the trend, the original Melts box has defied the norm, standing the test of time (so far, at least!) and remaining a consistent favorite since it’s debut. It’s clean, logo-forward aesthetic grabbed attention from the beginning and has become a signature element of the brand inspiring the packaging for newer products like the My Hut Box. You’ve probably spotted it a few places—across socials, in a bathtub with Young Gravy, or in a Pizza Hut commercial. This design continues to shine as a standout example of impactful and enduring packaging.

Triple treat box
How many tiny hearts are in this design? Five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundr… just kidding (but not really). When Pizza Hut’s iconic sweater box landed on my desk for a refresh, it only had simple rows of Cinnabon rolls, breadsticks, and pizza slices. Over the years, I made it my own. I added playful, festive details like a delivery car pulled by reindeer, a Pizza Hut-themed steam train, and a holiday village complete with its own classic red-roof Pizza Hut restaurant. The pattern has become a holiday classic for Pizza Hut and was even featured on some snazzy jammies that the company sold as an LTO in 2021.
As whimsical as it looks, this box is a true labor of love. Each heart in the pattern is meticulously hand-shifted to form the sweater design. The result? A box that embodies the holiday spirit and Pizza Hut’s unmistakable charm, one tiny heart at a time.
